The Club offers complimentary Fitness Consultations for all members. During the session, a member of our Fitness Staff will review your fitness goals, help you establish an appropriate exercise plan and introduce you to any equipment in which you are interested or may be of benefit to you. The fastest way to sabotage your fitness goals is through eating a poor diet. By working with a registered dietitian you can learn to make smart food choices.
