Fitness is subjective. And for that reason, the Little Rock Athletic Club offers a range of equipment, programs and instruction to help you accomplish your goals.

We believe you have the best chance of getting and staying fit when you’re engaged and having fun in your workouts — which is why we are constantly integrating new techniques, technology and instruction.
