Ballroom Dancing

Ballroom Dancing

Dancing is an excellent cardiovascular exercise that engages all your major muscle groups and encourages good posture and body alignment. It leads to more flexibility, agility and gracefulness, both on and off the dance floor. Plus, you’ll burn calories while you’re having fun. Additionally, researchers have found that ballroom dancing improves mental acuity throughout a dancer’s life and can even help prevent Alzheimer’s disease in senior citizens! In short, ballroom dancing will make you stronger, happier, healthier, and smarter. Ready to try? Learn how at the Club on Friday nights. Classes are taught by Little Rock’s most sought after instructor, "Latin Louie" Bianco. Class meets from 7:00 to 9:00 pm. No experience required. Couples only please.
