The Club offers complimentary Fitness Consultations for all members. During the session, a member of our Fitness Staff will review your fitness goals, help you establish an appropriate exercise plan, introduce you to any equipment in which you are interested and design a basic program to get you going. Consultations may be scheduled by contacting the Membership Office at 225-3600 or via email at email@example.com.
