Intro Offers

Pilates Beginner Series

Learn proper Pilates mat technique by taking the Beginner Series. It meets Tuesdays and Thursdays for three weeks.
Fee per session: $25

Intro to Yoga

This small group introductory course meets for one hour twice a week for three weeks and covers all of the basic information and postures one needs to know for going into any yoga class with confidence. Class size is limited to improve the learning environment for participants.

Intro to Group Cycling

Periodically, we offer an introductory class on the basics of group cycling. None are scheduled at this time but we will be happy to meet with you individually to fit you on a bike and review the class concept and bike display.
