Akido emphasizes blending with an attacker’s force and then redirecting that force to subdue an attacker. This is an adult class; Members 18 or over are welcome to attend. Akido meets on Thursday from 7:45 to 8:45 pm.
An open class emphasizing the power, philosophy and technique of Aikido and Judo. This class meets on Saturdays from 2:30 to 4:00 pm.
