Personal training is individualized coaching designed to provide members and non-members* with time-efficient, safe and highly effective workouts in the areas of fitness, Pilates basketball and swimming. Whether your goal is to lose weight, build muscle, heal an injury or compete in a sporting event, our trainers will craft a personalized program to help you succeed. One session or multiple sessions, we promise, our trainers will spice up your workout and expand your knowledge. Don't have a group? The Club has an early morning and mid-day option where we've organized the small groups for you.
Boot Camp is a training camp with three one-hour sessions per week. The military-style program includes body weight and cardio exercises. Fitness "officers" will take pre and post assessments.
