Our trained and caring staff will do everything possible to make your child feel comfortable and happy while you work out, play tennis, have lunch or partake in the myriad activities, programs and services available at the Club.
The Day Care, located on the lower floor of the Club next to the Pro Shop, is available for all children, ages one month through five years, for an hourly fee. Parents must remain on the premises while their child is in the Day Care. The maximum allotted Day Care stay is three hours. Parents or guardians must sign children in and out and leave special care information on file for attendants. Guests of members may use the Day Care on a space available basis, paying the fee set by management.
Monday – Thursday 8:00 am to 9:00 pm
Friday 8:00 am to 7:30 pm
Saturday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
Sunday 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm
In order to keep all our children happy, we ask that meals not be brought to the Day Care because “happy meals” cause those without to be very unhappy. Snacks are welcome but for the safety of our little members, please don’t bring popcorn, grapes, gum, peanuts or peanut butter. All drinks brought into the Day Care area must be in labeled containers with lids.
Please furnish all requisite items such as diapers, pacifiers, bottles, extra change of clothes, etc. for your child’s use during the duration of his or her stay. Diapers will not be provided by the Club. All supplies should be labeled with your child’s name and be brought in a bag with your child’s name on it.
First child: $3 per hour
Each additional child: $2.50 per hour
Guest children: $3.00 per hour (assuming space is available)
Receive a 20% discount when you purchase a 20-hour block of time.
Your child’s safety is our utmost concern. All of our Day Care employees are screened using the Child Maltreatment background check available through the Department of Human Services. Additionally, we perform a criminal background check through Background Information Systems of America on all Club employees. For your peace of mind, children will only be released to parents or a designated guardian as specified on the information sheets we maintain in your child’s file or the daily sign-in sheet.
Roo Rompers provides time for our youngest children to visit the DUC. Age appropriate games are led by our DUC staff on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Children 20 to 30 months attend Roo Rompers from 9:00 to 10:00 am and children 2 ½ - 4 years old attend from 10:00 to 11:00 am. Roo Rompers registration is handled through the Day Care.
Fee: Kids’ Club $1.50 per class
LRAC Member $3.00 per class
Non-Member $5.00 per class
Kidz N’ Motion allows for DUC free-play for children 3 to 5 years old. Play is supervised by a DUC staff member and is offered Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and 3:00 to 6:30 pm. Participants must be potty-trained. Sign-up for Kidz N’ Motion in the DUC.
