Kids' Club

For a low monthly fee, Kids' Club members receive unlimited play in the maze and discounts on organized fitness activities like junior tennis and swim team, after school care, camps and more. Children five and under that are members of Kid’s Club receive four free hours of nursery time each month.

Registration

To enroll in Kids' Club, you may complete the downloadable form and fax it back to Melody Nation (fax 501.221.2398) or call the Club, 225-3600, and ask for the Membership or Business Office.

Fees

You may opt to be billed by the month or annually for your Kids' Club membership. (The annual fee represents a 5% savings 12 months of monthly charges.) The fee for your Kids' Club membership will be applied to the same draft source you have designated for your Club dues. When appropriate, we will pro-rate your first month’s charge according to a schedule available in our Business Office.

Monthly Fees

First child - $17 per month
Second and third child - $10 per month per child

Annual Fee (5% savings)

First child - $194 per year
Second and third child - $114 per child

Kids' Club membership is complimentary for all children after the third child.

Cancellation

We ask that you contact the Business Office by the 21st of the month to cancel your Kids' Club membership.
