Birthday Parties

Planning a birthday party? We have everything you need for an exciting, hassle-free celebration. Select one of six different party packages and we’ll take care of the rest! Our parties are perfect for kids ages 2 - 12. You’ll want to be sure and book your party at least 2 - 5 weeks in advance due to high demand and limited availability. Birthday party packages include a personal party coach, your choice of sports, games or swimming, the Moomba Maze, ice cream, ¼ sheet cake, drinks, party ware, balloons, pinata, favors and a special birthday t-shirt. Please note: The maximum birthday party attendance is 25 children.

Available birthday party times*
Saturdays: 9:00 am, 11:00 am, 1:00 pm, 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm
Sundays: 1:30 pm and 3:30 pm

* Scheduling Notes:

Saturday’s 5:00 pm parties are only 60 minutes long.
Swim parties are only available November – May.
Saturday’s 9:00 and 11:00 am time slots are not available for swim parties.

To check availability, call the DUC at 225-3601, ext. 335. A $25 non-refundable deposit and a Birthday Party Selection Form are required to hold your preferred date and time.

A member of our staff will call three to five days in advance of your party to confirm your party selections and final count of guests. You will be charged for the number of confirmed guests. The balance of the party fee is due the day of the party.

Please Note:

Each child must bring socks for the Moomba Maze and a signed waiver.
Because of limited space, scooters, bicycles, tricycles and power wheels are not allowed.
You are allowed a 30 minute grace period to wrap up your party after which you will be charged a fee of $5 per minute.

To book your birthday party, call the DUC at 225-3601, ext. 335, or complete the registration form and return it and your $25 non-refundable deposit to the DUC, at least two weeks prior to the event. Members may return the registration form via e-mail to jbsummerville@lrac.com. The deposit will be charged to your Club account.
