Mary Wells, a registered and licensed dietitian /nutritionist, is our new resource for all nutrition related needs. She has a Masters Degree in Community Health and is a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) by the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing. Her interests include early childhood feeding, weight loss, weight maintenance, maximizing workouts and performance in competition. Mary develops goals and strategies with her clients and coaches them to healthier and sustainable nutrition habits. Nutrition Before, During and After Pregnancy
Nutrition before, during, and after pregnancy is more than a prenatal vitamin. The class will cover healthy eating basics during these three phases of a woman’s life, including by trimester and while breastfeeding. Come learn the latest on how baby’s development can be nutritionally optimized.

How to Navigate the Trials and Tribulations of Toddler Mealtimes
Refusals or eating jags with your toddler sound familiar? Toddler feeding is both a challenge and an opportunity to set the course for nutrition-related health down the road. The class will include basics for healthy childhood eating and how to create meals and mealtimes which can enhance toddler acceptance of a variety of foods.

Girls Only: Social Nutrition
What teenage girls think they should eat and what they actually need to eat is often influenced by social media. This interactive class will use social media examples to debunk nutrition myths but also include media sources which are teen friendly and nutritionally reliable. Teens and/or parents welcome.
