We all have different fitness preferences. Some of us prefer the dynamics of a group while others would rather plug in and enjoy time for ourselves. And, of course, interests change. The good news - we have 34 pieces of cardio equipment, two weight floors, a large functional training area, an indoor track, two basketball courts, an indoor lap pool and over 60 complimentary group exercise classes per week. Whatever mood you’re in or program you're on, we have the equipment and opportunities to help you stay fit. Not sure what to do or how to proceed? We guarantee two things at the NLRAC. You will be greeted warmly when you walk in the door and if you desire help, it is yours for the asking.
