Our collection of cardio and resistance training equipment is the largest in North Little Rock so you’re sure to find something that inspires you. Specifically, we have a complete Cybex and Icarion line of equipment, Star Trac Human Sport pulley equipment, free weights and a functional training area with access to medicine balls, kettle bells, bosu balls and a variety of other fitness toys. In our Cardio Theater, members watch four high definition TVs while working out on treadmills, ellipticals, stair steppers, Arc trainers and stationary bikes.
