Whether you’re just starting out or have been exercising for a long time, everyone needs periodic help with their fitness routine. Sometimes a single consultation is all you need to freshen things up or you may prefer a long term guide. Regardless of the duration needed, we have seasoned personal trainers ready to help both members and non-members.*

Selecting Your Trainer

When selecting a trainer it’s important to find the right fit (and it’s fine to switch around). Here are a few questions, you might want to consider:

  • What are your goals?
  • Do you want someone to help you be a better athlete?
  • Do you need help with balance or core strength?
  • Do you need someone with expertise in medical or orthopedic conditions?
  • What kind of personality do you prefer?
  • Do you have a preference for a male or female?
  • What are your scheduling needs?
