Cardio Equipment

Adult members have priority on all cardiovascular equipment. Children, ages 8 and older, are welcome to join a parent or guardian on any cardiovascular equipment except for treadmills. All children under the age of 15 are prohibited from using treadmills for safety reasons.

Weight Floor Usage

Predominantly, our weight training equipment is designed for adult use and adults have priority on all weight floor equipment. If you are interested in resistance training for your child, we highly recommend doing so under the tutelage of a certified personal trainer that has experience working with children.

Usage of the lower weight floor (same level as the track) by age group is as follows: Children, ages 9 and under, are not allowed on the weight floor. Children, ages 10 to 12, must be under the direct supervision of a parent or guardian. Direct supervision is defined as being in the same place at the same time as your child.

Fitness Staff Hours

Monday: 8:00 am - 8:00 pm

Tuesday: 8:30 am – 8:00 pm

Wednesday: 8:00 am – 8:00 pm

Thursday: 8:30 am – 6:00 pm

Friday: 8:30 am – 12:30 pm

Saturday: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm
