Designed especially for our tennis and pickleball enthusiasts by personal trainer, David Alfaro, this NEW group fitness class targets the specific demands of two of our favorite sports. Participants will:

  • Improve joint stability and range of motion
  • Strengthen key muscle groups to enhance performance
  • Build flexibility to reduce risk of common overuse injuries
  • Learn smart warm-ups and cooldowns tailored to your game

Please note - like Pilates Reformer, REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED and the same late cancellation ($10) / no show ($25) fees apply. Registration opens 3 days prior to the class time at 1:00 pm.
