Open Play

Details

Open Play provides friendly doubles competition for members and their guests. The spirit of Open Play is simple: mix in, meet new people, and enjoy a fun, social environment where everyone has the opportunity to play with different partners and styles.

To keep games moving smoothly, we use a paddle-stacking system on all courts. When your paddle is “up,” it’s your turn to play. Our Manager on Duty will help organize rotation and make court adjustments as needed, including guiding players toward the best court for their comfort and competitiveness.

We also offer a Challenger Court for players seeking a faster pace or wanting to test their skills. Players may move to and from the Challenger Court as space allows.

If players are waiting, winners may stay on for a maximum of two consecutive games (games are to 11, win by 2).

Open Play is designed for individual participation, socializing, and improving through variety. If you prefer to stay with the same partner or run structured drills, please plan those sessions outside of Open Play times.

Additional Notes

• Children who can rally may participate unless otherwise indicated; however, adults have priority when play is full.
• Registration is required unless otherwise noted.
• Guests must be accompanied by a member and will be charged the non-member fee.
• Participants are responsible for providing their own balls.
