To aid you in this endeavor, we have remarkable coaches leading specially designed programs that encourage healthy outlooks and lifestyles. Results include self-confidence, respect for others, feelings of accomplishment, better muscle tone and, of course, a great night’s sleep.
Led by Personal Trainer, JD Stephenson, our Sports Performance Academy is a focused, small-group program that will help your athlete develop the physical fundamentals needed to perform better in any sport. Training will focus on strength development, speed and agility, jumping and sprint mechanics, and safe lifting fundamentals.
