Research shows that exposing your child to positive role models and intriguing physical and mental challenges is amazing for their well-being. To aid you in this endeavor, we have remarkable coaches leading specially designed programs that encourage healthy outlooks and lifestyles. Results include self-confidence, respect for others, feelings of accomplishment, better muscle tone and, of course, a great night’s sleep.

Sports Performance Academy

Led by Personal Trainer, JD Stephenson, our Sports Performance Academy is a focused, small-group program that will help your athlete develop the physical fundamentals needed to perform better in any sport. Training will focus on strength development, speed and agility, jumping and sprint mechanics, and safe lifting fundamentals.

Program Details

  • Dates: June 6 - August 2
  • Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays | 12:30 - 1:30 pm
  • Location: The Box, Little Rock Athletic Club
  • Ages: 14+ (Younger athletes may be considered with a fitness evaluation. Please contact Coach JD to arrange.)
  • Cost: Members $400 | Non-members $500 (divided into three monthly installments)

Give them a foundation that lasts. Our free group fitness classes for ages 9–14 are designed around functional movement — the kind that makes kids stronger, more coordinated, and more confident in everything they do. No experience needed. Just show up.
